Drivers who love sedans have certain expectations, such as ride comfort and roominess. The 2021 Honda Insight provides the driver and front passenger with 37.5 inches of headroom and 42.3 inches of legroom. Rear passengers enjoy 36.6 inches of headroom and 37.4 inches of legroom. These measurements are similar to the Civic, and the Insight even provides 1.5 additional inches of rear legroom. Standard equipment includes push-button ignition, a 5.0-inch infotainment touchscreen, USB port and six-speaker sound system. Mechanical - 2021 Honda Insight
The hybrid powertrain of the 2021 Honda Insight near Kathleen combines a 1.5L i-4 engine with an electric motor and a lithium-ion battery. This combination delivers more than 151 horsepower. The transmission is an electronic continuously variable system—or e-CVT—with shift-by-wire and multiple driving modes. It distributes power to the front wheels. Car and Driver refers to the Insight as the quickest hybrid sedan it has tested: zero to 60 miles per hour in less than 8 seconds. The system is able to operate solely on electric power for about a mile. The Eco Assist system is standard. Technology & Safety

All models feature the Honda Sensing suite of driver aids.
