LE Trim - 2021 Honda Pilot
All 2021 Honda Pilot trim levels feature a 280-horsepower V6 engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. In most cases, front-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is optional. The base LX 2021 Honda Pilot trim features 18-inch alloy and LED headlamps. Inside, you will find a 5-inch central infotainment touchscreen, a seven-speaker audio system and 60/40-split folding rear seating. Honda also includes a standard suite of driver assistance technologies: automatic headlamps, automatic high beam control, adaptive cruise control, a forward collision mitigation system and a lane departure mitigation system.
EX Trim - 2021 Honda Pilot near Atlanta
The EX is a step up from the base 2021 Honda Pilot trim. This trim is arguably more popular than the LX because it adds many features that the average driver wants but without much additional cost. The exterior is not very different except for slight badging variations, heated side mirrors and keyless entry. In the cabin, the dual-zone climate control system is upgraded to a tri-zone implementation, which gives passengers in the third row climate control. The infotainment system is upgraded with an 8-inch touchscreen along with Android and Apple device integration. Cabin amenities include heated front seats, power adjustability for the driver seat and second-row seats that slide and fold with just a button touch. The driver assistance suite is also expanded with a blind-spot monitor and rear cross-path detection.

The EX-L 2021 Honda Pilot trim is the luxury edition of the EX trim, which is where the abbreviation comes from. Perhaps the best reason to opt for the EX-L is a power liftgate than can be opened and closed from the driver seat or via the key fob. The EX-L also upgrades the upholstery to leather. A sunroof becomes standard, and the second row gets sunshades and USB charging ports.

SE stands for Special Edition, and this is the newest of the 2021 Honda Pilot trim levels having just been added for this model year. The SE features some badging and other exterior visual enhancements that set it apart from the lower trims along with 20-inch wheels that boas a distinctive design. This trim also upgrades the liftgate with a hands-free feature, which means that you can activate the sensor with your foot as long as your key fob is in proximity. It also adds a wireless charging pad that you can use to charge smartphones, tablets and other devices conveniently.
