2022 Honda HR-V Overview
The 2022 Honda HR-V is a subcompact SUV that has attractive styling, very unique to the specific vehicle. The exterior may not be immediately noticeable, but there are clever features throughout, especially for storage solutions and cargo space. The second-row seat, for instance, folds completely flat, allowing you to store even the largest pieces of cargo. All four trim levels of the HR-V are available with a four-cylinder engine, giving you just the right amount of power. What differs in each, however, is the type of technology and the premium features that are present.
LX
The LX is the most simple trim level of the four models available to you but know that it has a four-cylinder, 1.8-liter engine. This engine, producing 141-horsepower and 127 lb-ft of torque, is the only option available in all four of the models available at Hughes Honda. Thankfully, on all four models, starting with this one, you do receive a front-wheel-drive drivetrain or an optional all-wheel-drive that you have to pay extra. On the exterior of this simple vehicle, you will find 17-inch wheels made from alloy materials and unique, curvy styling that almost make the SUV look like a hatchback. The headlights are LED, as are the daytime running lights to give you the best view no matter where you are. Technological features are simple in this edition of the HR-V as you only have access to a 5.0-inch infotainment touchscreen and a single USB port.
Sport
The Sport is the next trim level available at dealerships serving Warner Robins Macon Milledgeville Atlanta. Again, this mid-level trim still has the four-cylinder engine, and it has a front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive depending on where you want to take your small, crossover SUV. More exterior features exist on this model, including 18-inch alloy wheels, roof rails for extra cargo space, and automatic foglights to let you have visibility no matter the weather. The powertrain on this SUV does offer some additional options, however, as you now have access to paddle shifters that will help you to make manual gear adjustments. Interior features include leather detailing on the steering wheel and a total of two USB ports to allow two passengers to charge their devices. The infotainment system is now 7.0-inches and is compatible with smartphones through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto technologies.
EX
The EX is still a mid 2022 Honda HR-V trim level, but it adds some premium features that are nice no matter the vehicle you have. There should be no surprises in that you will still only have the four-cylinder engine with front-wheel or all-wheel-drive mentioned throughout. This version of the SUV allows for keyless entry and start of your vehicle, but you do have to be within a certain proximity. Additional interior features exist on the EX and include heated seating for the front two passengers, the same leather detailing in the Sport edition, and a sunroof to enjoy your view. The infotainment system has only been slightly upgraded, as it now allows for satellite radio, but it is still only 7.0-inches in total size. Certain safety features become standard on the EX, including blind-spot monitors, forward collision alerts, lane-keeping assistance, and adaptive cruise control.
EX-L
The most premium 2022 Honda HR-V trim level available at dealerships serving Warner Robins Macon Milledgeville Atlanta is the EX-L edition. Unfortunately, there is still not an upgraded engine from the four-cylinder, but you do have the paddle shifters to help you reach the gears you want when you want to get to them. The same standard safety features in the EX also exist in the EX-L, again, including lane-keeping assistance technology, forward-collision warnings with emergency brakes, and adaptive cruise control. Not only is there leather on the gear shift and steering wheel, but you will also find this material used for the upholstery of all four seats. The infotainment system is still 7.0-inches, but you again have access to satellite radio and more speakers for better listening. Finally, your rearview mirror in the middle of your front windshield has auto-dimming features to help you see no matter the time of day.
