Tony greeted as I walked into the service center. Listen to my request for service, directed me to the waiting room and took my vehicle into the shop. I was notified by text of the progress of my service several times and called me once it was completed. Tony went over the service sheet with me, I was very pleased with the service and the kindness of all the staff in the service area.

Kyle Tubbs the assistant Service Manager for Hughes Honda was my representative for a Warranty related repair. He was super friendly and informative regarding the diagnostic and repair plan for my car. He kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle over the phone. Upon pick up instead of waiting for a tech to come around to go pull my car from the shop he went back there and pulled it up himself. 6 Star Service and a friendly Manager that clearly is contagious in the shop.
Fantastic service as usual at Hughes. I got an appointment the same week I called, they explained the cost estimate up front, and I was able to drop the car off when it was convenient for me. My technician kept me apprised of how things were going, and the cost was as expected - everything got done and no surprises. Big thanks to the crew at Hughes, I’ll be back when the next indicator light comes on!
